My Top 3 Priorities

  • Increased funing for public education Pre K-14, College and University (Degrees Not Debt) has an opportunity to achieve.
  • Income Equality and Tax Fairness to restore the Middle Class, the protection and dignity of working families, and the creation of good paying jobs in both the public and private sectors.
  • The election of a Democratic President and regaining Democratic majorities in the U.S. Senate and House because the Supreme Court is at stake and issues of importance such as those above, global warming, health care for all, and equal protections.

My position paper will cover many of my political and professional involvements.

Since my college years, I have volunteered in almost every election to help elect Democratic candidates and to support Democratic positions on Ballot Measures.  I have also volunteered in the AFL-CIO's Voter Protecton project in Nevada for the last three Presidential Elections and traveled to Ohio to work against Governor Kasich's anti-public worker Senate Bill 5.  I walk precincts, register voters, phone bank, an work in campaign offices doing whatever needs to be done.
