As an Elected Official with a wealth of successful management and leadership experience, extensive education, and broad instructional background, I am confident that I am the perfect fit for Hayward City Council and will be a great complement to the leadership team, city organizations, and staff.

My previous experience as a private school principal and CEO of a security company has provided me the skills needed to successfully supervise as many as 1200+ employees and develop and implement policies and programs that promote the educational success of each student and the professional development of each staff member. My experience as school board president, principal, and teacher demonstrates a proven track record of my vast understanding of the financial, legal, and organizational structure of an organizational system.

I am committed to serving and working for my community that amongst other things, values diversity. As a diverse candidate, my widespread leadership and teaching experience has enabled me to make a significant contribution to Hayward communities. I look forward to the opportunity to demonstrate further how I am the best candidate to meet the needs of Hayward residents. Please vote for me June 7, 2016 to continue the good work in Hayward!

Political Beliefs

Political Philosophy

I strongly believe that we are elected to serve and provide a valuable service to our communities. That’s why my top priorities involve job and new business creation. Jobs are important to the economy for a number of reasons.  One of the most important reasons is that jobs are by far the primary source of income for U.S. households. New Businesses contribute to local economies by bringing growth and innovation to the community in which the business is established. New Businesses also help stimulate economic growth and eliminate the deficit spending (5 million currently) our community is experiencing.
