My Top 3 Priorities

Rich was elected to the Campbell City Council from 2010-2014 and served a 1 year term as Mayor of the City of Campbell in 2014. He has served on numerous committees as part of his council duties including the VTA Policy Advisor Committee, the League of Cities Revenue and Taxation Committee, and the Economic Development - Finance and Downtown Subcommittees.

Rich has been a homeowner in Campbell since 1995, and has been a very active participant in our community. Before joining the city council, he held several positions in the community, including a Member of the City of Campbell General Plan Advisory Committee, a Board Member for the Campbell Chamber of Commerce, and Commissioner on the City Campbell Parks and Recreation Commission.

As a Campbell small business owner and CPA specializing in small businesses, Rich has a high level of responsibility to provide honest, fair and trustworthy services to the people of Campbell.   He has strong capabilities to bring consensus among our diverse community.
