Biography

Following a ten-year stint in New York in film production, I came to California in 1976 to work in the movie business. When I was a young man, I volunteered on Democratic campaigns in New York. After I retired and my children had grown, I moved to San Diego County in 2007 and returned to volunteering for the Democratic Party. For the past five years I have served as an alternate on the San Diego County Democratic Party Central Committee.

Political Beliefs

Political Philosophy

I believe the political process must serve in the best interests of the people it governs. To me, that means affordable access to education, health care, housing, and a comfortable retirement. To ensure these goals we need to establish living wage minimums, a safe and healthy environment, equality for all, a judicial system that is truly fair and unbiased, and an economy that functions for the benefit of everyone, not just those already well-off enough to succeed on their own.
