Political Beliefs

Political Philosophy

Karl believes in a vibrant local government that is inclusive, providing a forum for all citizens and ideas. The commission system of government in Chico provides for that forum and needs to be strengthened. Karl believes that all Chico residents should pay their fair share for services including public safty, parks, and infrastructure, not just those within City limits. Last year Karl was awarded life time achievment recognition by Butte Environmental Council and by Butte County Democratic Party.
