My Top 3 Priorities

  • Ensure a reliable supply during this drought by pushing for a connection of our local pipeline system with regional pipelines so we have access to the State Water Project and other supply options.
  • Participation with the new Groundwater Sustainability Agency to ensure our local groundwater basin is competently and responsibly managed at low cost to comply with new state law.
  • Development of individual water budgets for each customer and texting meters so individuals can monitor their water use and promote water conservation.
