Biography

Fernando experience over 30 years includes Business, Finance, Technology and Education across Banking, Retail, Manufacturing, and Technology Corporations in North America, Europe, and Asia. Fernandos  is a business and technical consultant for Capital Markets, an international firm providing management consulting and introducing disruptive technology to evolve business models and process for Tier 1 Banking and Finance Firms with Assets/Liabilities over 200Billion dollars in value. He is a multidisciplined professional driving transformation change and updates to business process re-engineering,  complex technical re-design, project management and relationship management.  Additional skills include business continuity planning disaster recovery   Fernando leverages transformational change with adaptive technology, changes in customer behavior and in alignment with changes in customer business models. Fernando is a Vietnam era Veteran and is a member of the Contra Costa County Taxpayers Association, PUSD Bond Oversight Committee, International Rotary, Contra Costa County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, American Legion and VFW.

Fernando has provided community support as part of annual Martin Luther King Events, Cesar Chavez Tribute, mentoring to Community College Students at Los Medanos College. Additionally Fernando has provided assistance to community non-profits and families in teaching English, Spanish, Math and mentoring for job re-entry
