  • Improved accountability: Accountability flows both directions. We have responsibilities for those who work for us, as well as those for whom we work.
  • Balanced fiscal policy: Ensure that the public's funding is used prudently in the best interest of educating our students.
  • Open communications: The School Board conducts the public's business with respect to the district. Improved visibility for all stakeholders will lead to good outcomes.
