  • Keep the quality of life in El Cerrito: fire, police services, parks, trails, open space and recreational facilities.
  • Build a library!
  • Encourage smart growth around 2 BART stations -- more bike and pedestrian opportunities, housing and retail that leads up and down San Pablo Ave.
