My Top 3 Priorities

  • As Oakley continues to develop, preserving the small town charm of the city is very important. As much as possible, we should aim to preserve, restore and/or relocate our historic buildings, to keep the vintage charm of this city.
  • Bringing new business to Oakley and helping existing businesses thrive is a priority. If we can understand what may help our local businesses grow, then there's a better chance to bring in new commerce and develop Oakley into a lively destination.
  • I support our police department and want to make sure they continue to have the necessary facilities, tools and staff needed to protect and serve the City of Oakley.

Political Beliefs

Political Philosophy

I am running for City Council to help Oakley continue to be "a place for families in the heart of the Delta" and to become the best it can be for future generations.  I honestly want to help Oakley develop to its fullest potential, with careful thought, consideration and inclusion of what is important to our community.  As a City Council Member, I would merely continue to do what I have been doing on a smaller scale at the schools; volunteering and being directly involved in activities to bring the best possible experience to the students.  That is what I want to do for everyone in Oakley, play an active role in guiding our City's growth, so that our community has the best possible experience living in our amazing city.  As a City Council Member, I will work to Preserve Oakley's small town charm, Innovate to encourage commerce and Empower our community into shaping our city's future.
