  • Assure financial sustainability of employee retirement benefits considering financial impacts on District ratepayers.
  • Assure that District operations and infrastructure are managed efficiently to allow future generations reasonable rates by enhancement of resource recovery from wasetwater and managed rcognition of customers needs and expectations
  • Enhance customer understanding of water recycling and expand District recycled water program to create fully sustainable water resources in Contra Costa County for the future
