Steve was raised in Fresno, California. After obtaining a degree in Mechanical Engineering at Brigham Young University and his Doctorate in Medicine from the University of Utah— he trained as an Ophthalmologist at St. Louis University in St. Louis, Missouri.


Following his training, Steve returned home and joined his father’s ophthalmology practice. Today, Fogg, Maxwell, Lanier, & Remington is one of the San Joaquin Valley’s foremost eyecare provider with five locations in the valley.


Outside of his practice, Steve pursues one of his many passions – farming – by raising a variety of animals at Fogg Ranch. He is also incredibly active in his faith and his profession.


Steve and his wife, Stephanie, reside in Clovis. Their five children are all products of Clovis Unified schools.
