As the former Mayor of Carson from 2004 to 2015, an educator and Notary Public, Jim Dear is a decicated public servant in the truest form of the word.  If the voters decide that they want our community in the future, to develop into a Safe, Prosperous, Harmonious, Unified and Beautiful Destination City, then a vote for Jim Dear to return to the office of Mayor will make that happen for all of us in Carson.  It would
