I am a third generation Naval Officer and a native San Diegan.  I am a graduate of SDSU with extensive engineering experience obtained during 24 years of service as a Surface Line Officer in the Navy.  After retiring, my wife and I built a home in the Valley Center area.  I believe the citizens deserve strong local leadership that ensures our concerns are dealt with efficiently and with as much fiscal responsibility as possible.     As a founding member of North County Conservatives, I have spent the last seven years encouraging people to get active and to Keep Our Republic.  I look forward to serving you as a VCMWD board member.

Political Beliefs

Political Philosophy

The Government that governs best is the Government that governs least, The bigger the Government, the smaller the Citizen.  The citizens are the best to decide how their money is spent.  As Ben Franklin said to Mrs. Powell we have given you a Republic, If you can keep it.
