My Top 3 Priorities

  • Reforming the Planning and Development process in City Hall to more accurately reflect the needs and concerns of the residents and small businesses of the 13th District and to remove the undue influence of large developer money in the process.
  • To effectively protect, support and promote the maintenance of the current affordable housing stock (specifically the current RSO units) and support new construction of truly affordable units within CD13 and within the City of LA as a whole.
  • Creating AngelCare, a single-payer two-tier health care system for the City of Los Angeles, that would reduce medical costs and provide small business and individuals with affordable coverage and business with relief from worker's comp medical costs.
