— October 25, 2018 Janelle Horne for Recorder-Clerk 2018

El Dorado County residents, business owners and elected officials all agree that the Recorder-Clerk's Office is important to every resident. They also agree that PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE is the most important quality of the next Recorder-Clerk.

Janelle has 19 years of professional experience in business, financing and legal documents and that is why she is the MOST QUALIFIED Candidate for the Recorder-Clerk position. Her experience is why she was asked to run for this position and her heart to serve the community is why she decided to run. This office is all about PUBLIC SERVICE and NOT POLITICS.

The Recorder-Clerk's Office is responsible for processing, recording and preserving the public documents of El Dorado County. Janelle will continue to provide EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE and TECHNOLOGY ADVANCEMENTS which are the standard in the office.

One of Janelle's goals, as the law provides, would be to implement online access to all recorded documents. This will be more convenient for the public, while saving tax-payers' money. She also would like to continue the process of recording, scanning and processing old records to be processed electronically by processing the documents from 1911-1937 that still need to be indexed.

Vote Janelle Horne for Recorder-Clerk.
