  • Expand rent control and eviction for good cause protections to more Berkeley tenants
  • Advocate for passage of Proposition 10, the Affordable Housing Act, which repeals Costa-Hawkins, the state law the limits Berkeley's Rent Stabilization Ordinance and is the root cause of the housing affordability crisis.
  • Amending Berkeley’s Relocation Ordinance to include an enforcement mechanism that tenants can utilize
