My Top 3 Priorities

  • Affordability – implementing and expanding the legal protections that help keep people from being priced out of their homes and communities
  • Affordable Housing Act, CA Prop 10 – this repeals the state law that took away the rights our cities had to implement the full range of renter protections
  • Racial Equity – communities most impacted by the housing crisis are Black/African American, Latino, and low-income, and solutions that speak to those communities will build a more equitable and diverse city for all of us!
