My Top 3 Priorities

  • Continue fighting for affordable and accessible higher education for all,
  • As an educator, I welcome the opportunity to use my knowledge and and experience to college students with the skills necessary for today's competitive world.
  • A commitment to ensuring fiscal growth and student achievement

It is an honor to represent the people of Union City and South Hayward on the Chabot-Las Positas Community College Board.  I have been on the Chabot-Las Positas Community College Board for a year.  I am seeking election to continue working with the board for all college students.  I was a teacher for both elementary and middle schoosl.  I was a principal in Fremont-Unified School District and currently an Assistant Superintendent for Human Resources and Student Services.  I am an educator with 30 years of experience. Education for all is my passion.

My experience makes me uniquely qualified to bridge the transition between K-12 and College.  My family and I have made Union City and South Hayward our home for the last 30 years.  Our 2 sons attended local public schools and Chabot College and are now proudly serving our country in the military.

I would appreciate your vote so I can continue to fight for affordable and accessible higher education for all.
