My Top 3 Priorities

  • Work with DSRSD Board, and Staff our Public, Zone 7 Water Suppliers and to meet regulatory discharge requirements.
  • I will keep service fees down by closely reviewing and directing use of our $63M Capital and $66M Operating Budgets while planning adequate maintenance reserves for our aging plant and nearly 600 miles of pipeline delivery and collection system.
  • Support practical increased water supply planning and innovative storage solutions like the 15% added supply available thru the Sites Reservoir $5B joint state project.
