Biography

I am a long time resident of Stockton, a graduate of Washington State University, and the coordinator of the community gardens project in San Joaquin, Stanislaus, and Calaveras Counties, established with a grant written by me for 22.3 million dollars that funded the 18 largest cities Community Gardens Projects.
