Biography

I first got hired as an office clerk at Color Science, Inc. in 2008 right before the worst recession since the great depression. I immediately saw the hundreds of deficiencies that existed throughout the company, and the ability to move the company out of 1970 and into the 21st century. I got to work! I introduced the companie's ERP system that streamlined production and lowered production cost. I introduced the company to Wifi, and laser printers allowing them to ditch the dot matrix printers they were still using. I introduced the idea of investing in testing equipment that will bring our quality testing in-house avoiding the thousands of dollars a month we were spending to out source our testing. Thanks to the Qaulity team and board I assembled, I was the driving force behind getting our company acreddited to International Standards (ISO) and updating our Quality and Processing manuals. Since then, Color Science, Inc. has saved MILLIONS of dollars by reducing our production, testing, and shipping cost. They've sent me across the country to various trainings and tech schools in the field, and what started out ten years ago as a part-time gig, has giving me the blessing of being the Senior Regulatory Enginner for our manufacturing and testing plants. My employer saw the hard working and innovative vision i brought to the table and I was blessed to move up the ranks to where I'm at now. This is the type of leadership we need at City Hall. This is the type of work that needs to be done to cut the deficiencies and bring our City into the 21st Century!

Political Beliefs

Political Philosophy

The City Council body of any city should always be and remian Non-Partisan. I chose to register No Party Preference (NPP) for this specific reason. I don't consider myself a Republican or a Democrat. I'm very moderate, and open minded and realize that there are extraordinary minds on both sides of the aisle. City Council needs to leave the party rhetoric behind, and bring back the attention to the basic and essential services a city is supposed to provide. Good and Clean Parks, Good Streets, Public Safety, Good Local Economy, something we ALL care about, and an efficient local government that works for the people. Not a Political Party.
