  • Refocus the Sanitary Board's priority towards saving ratepayer's costs and lowering rates while increasing the speed and efficiency of how services are delivered.
  • Heal the rift between the Costa Mesa Sanitary Board and the Costa Mesa Water district created when the Costa Mesa Sanitary Board filed a lawsuit against the Water District.
