Summary

My boanafides as an experienced educator and parent in the area.

My daughter is currently a 7th grader in area three. I have been in education as an instructional aide and teacher since 1991. I have participated in an education administration program at National University. I served as president of the Madera County Office of Education Teachers' Association where I learned to decipher budgets presented to board members by CBOs of the Office of the Superintendant of Madera county. I know how to read and understand budgets and I am able to know what questions to ask to get to the bottom of questionable spending. As a teacher working with at-risk students for the past two decades I understand their needs and know how to facilitate their success. As a teacher working with and representing special education teachers I know what students with special needs and their families face with districts that don't live up to their obligations. I am the right person at the right time to get things done in our community. Thank you and I would appreciate your vote to help me help the students and their families.
