Dr. Doreen Danileson wanted to open her business , Greg Marti Skin clinic in Turlock but could not find a land lord or anyone else interested in providing her a place for her new business. Modesto welcomed her with open arms. As Mayor I will work with my colleagues, city staff and citizens to make it easier for new businesses to open in Turlock. With help from city staff and the business community I created a Turlock Partnership Incentive Progam that helped new small businesses develp a business plan and a $1000 stipend upon opening the business in Turlock.
