I am retired from the California Highway Patrol. I worked over 20 years as a Communication Operator. I came to Oroville in 1966. My father worked on the dam. I attended school & graduated from Las Plumas in 1975. I attended Butte College taking Administration of Justice, Fire Science & Electronics courses. I spent 4 years on the City Council from 2011- 2015. I know how to get things done and howto work through the red tape of government.

Political Beliefs

Political Philosophy

I am a conservative person. I believe there are many avenues for financing the City coffers. We need to explore them.

We need to increase Public Safety, increase available housing, & increase jobs. This can be accomplished by making Oroville more attractive to businesses & companies. Literally making a red carpet instead of red tape to greet investors.
