My Top 3 Priorities

  • Keep density and development consistent with the feel of our small town of Lomita.
  • Assure adequate funds for city services as well as a fiscally sound budget.
  • Keep water rates as low as possible.

Brigham Young University, Idaho One year college, General subjects (1972)

I am currently working for Los Angeles Unified School District as a School Administrative Assistant at President Avenue Elementary School.  I have served on the Park Commisson and the Traffic Commission.  I regularly attend City Council Meetings to remain informed and be aware of the various need and concerns of the residents of the City of Lomita.

I served on Lomita Magnet School's Local School Leadership Council where I helped to negotiate and allocate over $100,000 for Lomita Magnet School.  I served for four years as Lomita Magnet PTA President and continued to serve on the board for 18 years.  I also organized and operated the Computer Lab for Lomita Magnet School.
