Biography
Good schoolboardsmanship is like oxygen. It's taken for granted until it's not there. That's the way it is in the PUSD. The people have realized that good boardsmanship is not there anymore and they want it back. I am running as a former PUSD board member who was part of the Board which set the standard for good boardsmanship in the PUSD. I will work hard to raise the the standard of boardsmanship to it's former high level.
I will also demonstrate conservative, prudent stewardship of the taxpayer's dollars and I will break the union stranglehold on the district.

Political Beliefs
Political Philosophy
The bloated management structure at PUSD must be reduuced to allow a greater percentage of available funding to flow to the classrooms. I want to see a firm policy of superintendent goal setting by the Board and evaluation of superintendent's accomplishment of these goals.
Student safety must recdeive a higher priority.
I will say ,"no" to any more hiring of highly paid administrators and will fight to reverse the bloating at the top..
I realize that the Board cannot give everybody everthing they want.
I will demonstrate prudent stewardship of the taxpayer dollars.
