  • Foster and improve community relations between FRHD, local businesses and residents to have local jobs, skills training programs, and other employment-related opportunities provided in local community spaces.
  • Provide bilingual representation and improve relations with Spanish-speaking residents to ensure information about services and community wellness is available for all.
  • Promote community wellness through community engagement by establishing volunteer and internship program opportunities for FRHD residents to develop skills and experience through volunteerism and internships.
