Biography

Over the last 31 years, I have worked in residential community management, restoring unproductive and problematic properties. Many of my properties have been section 8 HUD housing, as well as tax credit properties, requiring high standards of reporting, while working with low income seniors and families. I was also a Realtor for approximately 8 years, before returning back to residential management. I studied theology and Christian studies at Global University over a period of two years.

Political Beliefs

Political Philosophy

I believe local government is for the people, servants of the people, and voices of the people. Local government should fully support local and regional agencies that promote safety, community, and overall well being for the entire city. Council members should be fully engaged with the people they serve, so they can best understand whath the needs and concerns of the people are. Council members should always have the city's best interest first.
