Preguntas y Respuestas

Preguntas de The League of Women Voters of Los Angeles County ILO (1)

Do you favor alternative, non-jail sentences for non-violent offenders and what options should be available?
Respuesta de Susan Jung Townsend:

Depending on certain factors, I believe alternative non-jail sentences for non-violent offenders are viable sentencing options. A person's criminal history and safety to the community should be considered. Such options may include probationary supervision, electronic monitoring, and/or home detention.
