  • Elect Democrats to local, State and National offices who are committed to raising the minimum wage, investing in clean energy, protecting the environment and ensuring equal pay for women.
  • Re-establish a Democratic Headquarters open to all Democratic Clubs and candidates.
  • Partnering with our friends in labor, education, environmental justice, women's rights, LGBT, consumer attorneys, etc. to build a united and accountable Democratic Party of which we are all proud!

Civil litigation, personal injury, product liability, civil rights and class action litigation in trial and appellate courts.  Trials include wrongful termination jury verdict of $546,000 plus attorney’s fees, expert witness fees and costs, Fouladpour vs. URS Consultants, San Bernardino Superior Court Case No. SCV34694.  Published cases include Hamilton v. Martinelli (2003) 110 Cal.App.4th 1012.

WILSON, BORROR, DUNN & SCOTT, L.L.P., San Bernardino, 1990-98

General civil litigation, public entity defense, personal injury and class action litigation.  Developed case load of more than 100 clients. Published cases include             Beisel v. Aid Association for Lutherans, 843 F.Supp. 616 (1994).
