Mis 3 prioridades principales

  • 1) Restore Safety & Security- Public Safety is the #1 responsibility of government. We need to ensure our budget prioritizes public safety, as well as our words.
  • 2) Expand Housing & Adding more jobs- work to create incentives for infill development and high density housing near transit. Planning should be more targeted to ensure we are attracting high-paying jobs.
  • 3) Transportation- I want to ensure that San Jose is getting its fair share of VTA projects - so far we’ve been more of a donor to the system than a recipient. Traffic problems hurt our community across all lines

Steve Brown is a small business owner, security expert, and community leader whose commitment and experience can help solve some of San Jose’s most pressing problems - particularly safety, housing and jobs.

He grew up in the community, went to Santa Teresa High School (where he helped run anti-gang programs) graduated from The Police Academy, built a successful business, and led a non-profit group that helps feed and counsel homeless to get them off the streets.

Steve wants to ensure his two children grow up in a safe, prosperous city so that one day they can raise their own families.

Steve has been endorsed by Citizens for Fiscal Accountability, San Jose Silicon Valley Chamber of Commerce, Silicon Valley Association of Republican Woman, Santa Clara Association of Realtors, Silicon Valley GOP, David Sawkins – Co-Founder of Values Advocacy Council, David Cannistraci- Pastor of Gateway City Church, Carl Salas- Past President Rotary Club of San Jose, Ralph Borelli- Real Estate Developer, John Davis- Businessman.

Creencias poliza

Filosofía política

We need sensible budgets that protect taxpayers and vital services.

We need to rebuild our Police Department to ensure security for neighborhoods & schools.

We must attract new jobs that raise incomes and create greater prosperity, and must find ways to partner with schools to make them better and safer.

More than ever, we need the City to listen to the community & Council members who recognize they are servants of the public, not masters of us.

If you agree, I would appreciate your vote.
