Mis 3 prioridades principales

  • Expand rich STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics) curriculum
  • Ensure drug-free, bully-free, and safe campuses in our district
  • Strengthen links between the district board and students, parents, and the community.

I have been living in Evergreen, San Jose for over eight years with my wife and children. I began my career as a school math teacher, then advanced to work at various universities. After taking a few years to work in Silicon Valley high-tech firms, I returned to my true passion of education by founding and now serving as the principal of a local educational institute.

I am a tireless advocate for the motto, “Education empowers life.” Born in an indigent Chinese village, I began working in the fields at age 5. However, I uplifted mylife by fighting to go to college and eventually earned Master and Ph.D. in Computer Science from Oxford University.

I wish to serve my community by creating a public education environment of “No Child Left Uninspired”. I will work to expand a rich STEAM curriculum, engage in transparent communications with parents and teachers, and serve as a liaison between the school board and our community to ensure students get the best education possible.
