What is the most significant challenge facing the City of Oceanside, and if you are elected, what steps will you take to address it?

We have had for 30 years, the wrong leaders going into the wrong direction with the wrong advisors. WOW, you say.
Allow me to prove it. Does Oceanside have an image similar to that of Carlsbad, Downtown Del Mar, Solvang, Laguna Beach ???
Well, that is what I have been educating the city about for 30 years.
That is precisely the blueprint I made in 1986 to assist and guide the city in how to achieve our maximum beauty, image and revenue.
It will never occur because of the non intelligence and lack of visionaries we have in Oceanside. We constantly fail to achieve that direction.
Instead we cater to the druggies, homeless, section 8, and llegals etc. while Carlsbad gets another glamorous hotel.
