Biografía

Brian is the founding Executive Director of 2nd Chance family & Youth Services program, a community based counseling agency whose primary mission is to work with youth and families at risk of gang membership.

He studied Non-Profit Leadership and Management at San Jose State University, Behavioral Services Management at University of Phoenix, and graduated from Hartnell College.  He believes change in the community comes from action, not words. He is the only candidate who has been an active volunteer in this community with over 30 years of volunteering & government experience.
