I am a proud Loma Linda resident looking to serve Loma Linda residents and people who work, worship or visit our beautiful city. As a a public health professional, my focus has always been to serve and improve the communities that have become my home. As a professional, I have implemented programs that have provided foster youth, low and middle income families, women, people who are LGBT+, seniors and persons with disabilities access to appropriate healthcare and access to essential services. As a community leader, I am aware that fiscal responsibility and doing the right thing are not mutually exclusive. I believe that safe communities happen when citizens genuinely care for others. When we set the stage for our children to have safe places to play in, learn in, and grow in, we begin to eliminate spaces that foster crime and contempt toward fellow citizens. As a Council Member, I will ensure our resources are focused on improving the standards for all residents, ensuring city services are provided with great customer service. I will provide opportunities for public personnel to work side-by-side with residents to meet their needs and fulfill the city’s motto, Serving Man.
