Mis 3 prioridades principales

  • After a decade of fiscal challenges, it is time for a change. I will prioritize a balanced budget that is developed through a participatory-budget process that focuses spending on our classrooms.
  • I will work to end the teacher retention crisis in Oakland by supporting labor agreements that pay educators enough to support their families in our high-cost city, and providing the supports new teachers need to become great teachers.
  • I will encourage the growth of full-service community schools in every neighborhood that serve children with special needs, support academic achievement, and fully engage parents.
