Resolves conflicts between physical security requirements and organizational mission requirements. Recommends techniques to resolve conflict without compromising the integrity of the physical security program or the assets to be protected. Performs duties concerned with maintaining and managing all intrusion detection systems (IDS) for the Client. Works with unit personnel to properly manage the IDS personnel identification number (PIN) system for Client units. Possesses working knowledge of locks, keys and other devices to secure equipment, assets, and personnel. Skilled in the development of local policies or the augmentation of existing regulations concerning physical security, locks and keys, and crime prevention programs. Clearly conveys complex security requirements and recommendations orally and in writing to Advantor Systems officials. Articulate the accomplishments of the tier-4 Maintenance Team. The updates focus on the annual budget, delivery of services, communications, strategic plans, tactical plans, utilization of resources and resolutions, 30 day goals, and contractual compliance.
