I'm a lifelong Gilroy resident, deeply rooted both personally and professionally. I love this beautiful city. I was raised on my family's ranch in east Gilroy (maiden name Patane), so I fully appreciate Gilroy's agricultural roots. I attended Gilroy schools through high school, and chose to return to Gilroy after completing my college education. I'm the oldest of four children and the first generation in my family to go to college. My husband, Steve, and I have two grown children, proudly raised in Gilroy. My background brings a financial persepective to the Council that acts as your financial trustee at a time when rising costs of city services are quickly outpacing our existing city revenues. I want to protect Gilroy from fiscal crisis and secure a futre that is good for all of us while preserving our hometown feel. I'm proud and honored to serve as your City Councilwoman, and to offer my candidacy for continued service beyond these last 8 months. I believe government should be transparent and fiscally accountable. Economic development, public safety and funding for street repairs are my top priorities. Please join me in helping Gilroy thrive throughout the years to come.

Mis 3 prioridades principales
- Gilroy needs economic development that brings well-paying jobs, new investments downtown, parking solutions, and a renovated Art Center.
- Our police and fire services need our full support while we navigate today's overwhelming demands. We need strengthened public safety services to ensure safe neighborhoods and improve our quality of life.
- Repairing our streets and improving our infrastructure are my third priority.
