Biografía

Born and raised in Southern California, Michael Ten Eyck is a real estate broker with years of experience in the area not only in helping clients buy and sell their homes and businesses but also securing debt financing for developers and managing financial, administrative and resource-related concerns of area municipalities.

As a broker with Orangetree Real Estate, a subsidiary of MN Capital, Michael provides innovative solutions to the marketing, listing and selling of new homes as well as resale homes, commercial and investment properties.  He is dedicated to excellent customer service, guiding his clients through the entire process of the most successful, profitable, and pleasurable real estate and mortgage experience.

Having lived nearly all his life in Southern California and devoted himself to working many years as a public servant in area cities, he knows the area intimately.  His focus is on the Southern California realty market, particularly Inland Empire and Orange County.

Michael is also recently retired as Finance and Administration Manager for the City of Corona.  He currently services as Interim Director of Utilities for the City of Victorville

Michael has served as NERC Compliance Manager and Resource Planner for the City of Vernon, assisting in legislative and regulatory affairs pertaining to the city’s utilities.  He has also held key positions within the City of Rancho Cucamonga’s Engineering and Public Works Division, including Utility Operations Manager, Administrative Resource Manager and Management Analyst.  Reporting to the Rancho Cucamonga City Manager, Michael was responsible for developing and administering Capital and Operating Budgets for the city’s utility projects, including 60 funds covering everything from traffic congestion relief and park development to public works and electric utility services.

For more than a decade, Michael served in various roles within the Jurupa Community Services District, working with developers to assist them in debt financing for infrastructure for new home/commercial developments, selling about $200 million in bonds for real estate developers.

Michael TenEyck received his MBA from the University of Redlands, Redlands, CA, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Business Administration from the Northcentral University, Prescott, AZ.  He has also taught business and accounting classes as a member of the adjunct faculty of Riverside Community College, Norco Campus.  Michael is also a former Regional Treasurer for the Municipal Management Association of Southern California, Inland Empire.
