Preguntas y Respuestas

Preguntas de The League of Women Voters North County San Diego (3)

Do you support increasing the housing density in Encinitas? What other options might there be for improving the City's supply of affordable housing?
Respuesta de John Paul Elliott:

Read my Community Village Plan. It is the ONLY answer to solve not only Encinitas Hoiusing Crisis but all Housing problems nationwide.

Do you approve of the City's current approach to addressing the problems of homelessness in Encinitas? What specific changes, if any, would you make?
Respuesta de John Paul Elliott:

Let's employ the "homeless that want help". Many programs could be set up to help these people move forward within our community.

Do you advocate any changes to the City's current policies regarding recreational and medical cannabis businesses? Please explain.
Respuesta de John Paul Elliott:

City of Encinitas should become partners with any Cannabis Marketing. Not charge a business tax but become the actual partner, this way The City would be able to educate the public correctly about  this herb and it's correct usage.
