Biografía
I am running for the school board because I am inspired to participate, to give back to my community and to support necessary change. My wife Jen, a TVUSD high school counselor, and I are raising our 3 children in a school district we support, we believe in, and want to see improve. I believe in fiscal responsibility, district transparency, improved school safety standards, and engaging and inspiring educational organizations through honest communication.
I am a graduate of Cornell University and a parent with a vested interest in the long-term success, sustainability and advancement of our school district. My unique background as a Financial Consultant and Youth Soccer Coach will offer a practical and balanced approach to serving our Temecula Valley Unified School District.

I’m the right candidate who can lead Temecula VUSD forward. I have extensive experience in the compliance, budgeting, implementation and oversight of State and Federal Educational Programs and will ensure that all monies are focused on the needs of our students. I’ll ensure resources are made available for school safety, to prepare students for postsecondary opportunities and address the social and emotional needs of our children. Our students are our future and I would appreciate your vote and the opportunity to ensure Temecula VUSD remains a leader in education.

Every community is a micro-organism of a bigger macro-organism. The community should and can be responsible for deciding the educational needs of its communities students / children. The requirements or wants of Temecula, CA residents may vary from the wants or requirements for community members living in Modesto, CA. The State and Federal governments (Macro-organisms) should support the local communities by providing funds and general outline of what should be taught to the communities students. Bureacrats in Washington DC and Sacramento should not be dictating how the community of Temecula teach their children. The people of Temecula are more than capable of deciding what their children need to be successful in life.
