Name: TATIANA MATTA                                                         Age: 35
Occupation: Governing Board Member

The voices and lives of our families are not being represented in Washington; this is a profound problem, and I’m running to bring solutions.

Our people should not have to juggle multiple jobs, struggling to meet their families’ basic needs. Our seniors should never live in uncertainty they can retire. Our children should never have to go to bed hungry.

As an advocate for militaryfamilies, I know ourcountry’s duty is to care forthose in need, to honor those who serve, and to stand up against injustice. As a school board member and as the daughter of a public school teacher, I understand the crucial role education plays in lifting people out of poverty and I will champion increased investments in our schools.

As your representative, I will:

—Honor our families by driving legislation that brings resources to our district

—Diversify our local economy, investing in jobs and infrastructure forthe future of our communities

—Fight to achieve healthcare for all, clean air and clean water

—Support comprehensive immigration reform that reflects our compassionate values and meets our economic and national security needs

—Work across the aisle and fight for affordable housing, criminal justice reform, equal pay, paid family leave and childcare for ourworking families, leaving no one behind

Let’s send a message to Washington that we will no longerbe ignored. Let’s make this vision a reality together. I am running for Congress to serve you and humbly ask for your vote.
